इसलिए, यदि आप नीचे दिए गए चरणों का पालन करते हैं, तो यह समस्या हल हो जाएगी।

१) आप विंडो सर्च पर जाएं फिर आईस (इंटरनेट सूचना सेवा) पर जाएं।

२) Iis खुलने पर आपको यह विंडो दिखाई देगी।

३)उसके बाद यदि आपने आईस शुरू किया है तो आप इसे बंद करना चाहते हैं।

४) शटडाउन के बाद xampp शुरू करें यह समस्या नहीं होगी।
